Grain Bar & Mode Kitchen and Bar, located in The Four Seasons at the Rocks, Sydney, has opened overseen by Head Chef Francesco Minnelli complete with a Luchetti Grelle-Designed interior. William collaborated with stylists Emma Knowles and Vivien Walsh to shoot the lifestyle, interiors and cocktail menu in the beautifully renovated space.

Overlooking Pittwater and the grounds of the Newport, the space is reminiscent of the grand hotel dining rooms of the 1930's.
